Products and Pricing

All products listed on the Website, their descriptions, and prices are subject to change. BNP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product or service at any time without notice. You agree that BNP will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any product or service.

 

In the event of a typographical error or error in pricing or information on the product or services received from BNP’s suppliers, BNP reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for such products. If you have already been charged for the order, BNP will issue a credit to your credit/debit card or bank account in the amount of the charge.

Orders & Acceptance of Orders

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which is subject to acceptance by BNP. Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify BNP’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of BNP’s offer to sell. BNP reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time. BNP may require additional verifications before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until BNP sends you shipping information. If BNP cancels all or part of your order, BNP will either not charge you or will issue a credit for the canceled portion if your card has already been charged.

 

BNP accepts Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, SBI Debit Card, and PayPal. Payments made through these options are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party payment gateways.

Operating Hours: From Monday to Sunday (8:00 AM to 1:00 AM)

 

Customers can place orders using two methods:

  1. Online: Customers can place orders on the website and make payments using the online payment methods mentioned below.
  2. Offline: Orders can be placed by calling the BNP UAE call center.

Order Cancellation

BNP strives to provide excellent service. If you experience problems with an order, please let us know. Orders in process, en-route, or delivered cannot be canceled or changed. Same-day orders are processed immediately and usually cannot be changed. For orders scheduled for same-day delivery, you can reach us at +971 55846 0807. No changes in delivery instructions will be entertained within 2 working hours of delivery. For international orders, no changes will be entertained 48 hours before the scheduled delivery unless confirmed by our Customer Service team. BNP will not cancel any order unless informed 24 hours (domestic) / 48 hours (international) before the delivery date.

 

Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions, any Discount Voucher issued to you by BNP is valid for a single use only and will expire after that use, regardless of whether the order or delivery is successful.

 

Note: Refunds will be processed if BNP determines that the cancellation is due to BNP’s inability to fulfill the order.

Problems with an Order

If you experience any problems with an order, please contact BNP.

Order-Related E-mails

You will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail shortly after placing an order, including all order details. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail when your gift has been delivered.

Payment Terms

For each product or service you order on the Website, you agree to pay the price applicable for that product or service at the time you submit your order (“Product Price”), along with any delivery fees for the selected delivery service (“Delivery Fees”), and any applicable taxes (defined below).

 

Mode of Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

 

Online Payments:

  • Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards (in AED or any other agreed currency)
  • Internet Banking (funds transfer to BNP’s account)

Offline Payments:

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Over the Phone: When a customer places an order over the phone, or when an order is placed on the website but payment is stuck in the gateway. In such cases, our specialist support unit may call the customer to assist with completing the payment.

 

Offline Payments (Call Center)

 

Customers may place orders over the phone. Occasionally, payments may get stuck in the gateway when placing orders on the website. In these situations, our specialist support unit will contact the customer to assist in completing the order.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

The shipping and delivery terms outlined below are subject to the Shipping Disclaimer, which is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.

 

  1. One Hour Delivery: Exclusive one-hour delivery is available 24/7 for specific products.
  2. Same Day Delivery:
    • Order before 11 PM for delivery to Dubai, Sharjah & Abu Dhabi.
    • Order before 3 PM for delivery to Ajman.
    • Order before 10 AM for delivery to Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah & Umm Al Quwain.
  3. Midnight Delivery: Order before 9 PM for midnight delivery between 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM. This service is available only for Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah.

 

Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute regarding delivery.

 

BNP does not guarantee delivery times to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases, or cemeteries. To request a specific delivery time, please enter it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. BNP will make every effort to accommodate your preferences.

 

BNP, along with our service providers, will make every attempt to deliver products on the requested delivery day. However, requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates, and you acknowledge that there is no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries. We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments, and this does not relieve you from your obligation to accept and pay for remaining deliveries. Our service providers do not make telephone calls prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. All products are considered accepted upon delivery to you or your designated recipient’s address.

 

BNP will not engage in any transactions or provide services or products to any countries sanctioned by OFAC, in accordance with UAE law.

 

Multiple shipments: Your order may be processed in multiple shipments, and multiple postings may appear on the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift/order/product you have selected, experienced florists of BNP will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. However BNP reserves the right to substitute the flowers (including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product.

Return & Refund Policy

Your purchase is considered final and non-refundable. Per the other Terms and Conditions, no products or services are eligible for return.

 

However, in the event that BNP decides to issue a refund, it will only offer credit vouchers equivalent to the refund amount. In some cases, BNP may refund the money back, contingent upon having the customer’s account details. Refunds are processed only if agreed upon and communicated in writing to the customer.

 

Refunds will be executed solely through the Original Mode of Payment.

 

BNP cannot be held responsible and does not guarantee refunds in the following cases:

  • Delivery to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender for flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products, and preserved items.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries due to the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender.
  • Decreased product quality resulting from an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender or a re-route requested by the sender.
  • Product quality issues caused by improper handling by the recipient.

BNP does not accept any product exchanges.

 

In the event of receiving a damaged or defective product, you should report it to BNP within 48 hours of delivery by calling +971 55846 0807 or emailing photographs of the damaged item to support@bnp.luxury. BNP will, at its discretion, either deliver a new product at its own cost or refund the amount related to the damaged product. Once initiated, refunds typically take 10-15 business days to reflect in your account, subject to the Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimers, Limitations And Exclusions Of Liability

While BNP strives to provide the most accurate and up-to-date materials, there may be inaccuracies, typographical errors, or outdated information on the website. Additionally, BNP reserves the right to modify or change the website or its content at any time. BNP is not liable for any typographical or pricing errors on the website and reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, including those with incorrect prices or product descriptions, orders violating applicable law, or orders deemed harmful to BNP or its affiliates. BNP also reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased or orders placed through the website.

You assume all risk associated with using the information, materials, products, and services available on the website. BNP makes no representations regarding the suitability, completeness, timeliness, reliability, legality in your jurisdiction, or accuracy of the information, materials, products, and services for any purpose. In no event will BNP’s aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of AED 100 or the amounts paid to BNP in the past one month. BNP and its affiliates are not liable for damages related to the use or consumption of products procured from third parties or products delivered by third parties. Additionally, BNP does not represent that the products and services available for sale or use on the Website are appropriate or available for use in other locations.
