My Account & My Cart

Signing up for the My Account service is complimentary and allows you to conveniently access your personal details for future visits, streamlining the process of placing orders.

Upon registration, you can log in using your chosen username and password. This grants you access to features such as an address book and a history of your past orders, making it easier to manage recipient information and review previous purchases.

No problem. Here’s what you should do:

Step 1: Click here to visit the login page.
Step 2: Enter your email address.
Step 3: Click on the “Forgot Password?” link.

A new password will be sent to your registered email address. You can use this password to log in to your Account and then update it in the My Account section.

Not to worry! Simply send your order number to connect@bnp.luxury along with a request for your login ID and password. We will promptly provide you with the necessary credentials.

Similar to a shopping cart in a physical store, My Cart allows you to gather desired items in one place while you continue browsing or consider your selections.

Certainly! If you wish to remove a specific product from your Cart, simply click on ‘Manage Your Cart’. This will display all items currently in your cart. Click the ‘Remove’ button next to the item you wish to eliminate.

You can easily track the progress of your order for the latest delivery information. Look for the ‘Track Order’ option located in the top right corner of the page. Enter your order number and click ‘Track Now’ to view the current status of your order.

Delivery information

We deliver across the entire UAE. Click here to see our list of serviceable cities, including express cities, courier cities, and remote locations.

All orders are delivered during business hours (8 AM – 10 PM), unless you opt for Midnight or Fixed Time delivery.

Yes, for an additional delivery charge, you can select a Fixed Time slot for delivery.

Yes, we offer Midnight delivery to help you celebrate special occasions right at their start. For an additional charge, you can have your order delivered between 11:30 PM and 12:30 AM on the specified date.

We offer two delivery modes: hand delivery and courier.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email and SMS with your order number.

Payment Received: Payment has been received, and your order is ready for processing.

Payment Declined: The payment for your order has failed.

Order Confirmed: Your order is confirmed and will be delivered as scheduled.

Out for Delivery: Your order is on its way.

Order Delivered: Your order has been delivered.

Delivery Attempted: Delivery was attempted but was unsuccessful due to issues such as the recipient being unavailable, an unreachable contact number, locked premises, or an incomplete/incorrect address.

Returned to Origin: Delivery attempts were unsuccessful after three tries due to the recipient being unavailable, an unreachable contact number, locked premises, or an incomplete/incorrect address.

We offer same-day delivery for last-minute orders:

 

Standard Time Delivery: Place your order by 7:00 PM, Monday – Sunday.

Fixed Time Delivery: Place your order by 8:00 PM, Monday – Sunday.

Midnight Delivery: Place your order by 9:00 PM, Monday – Sunday.

Orders will be delivered via our courier partners, Aramex & First Flight. For items shipped through our courier services, the delivery date you choose is an estimate and may vary by a day before or after the chosen date.

Note: For domestic orders, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the requested delivery date. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we won’t be able to cancel or modify it.
For international orders, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we won’t be able to cancel or modify it.

It takes up to 24 hours to process a cancellation request.

Your refund will be credited to the same debit card, credit card, or mobile wallet used for the original payment.

Return and Refund Policy

We take stringent measures to ensure the items delivered are in perfect condition. However, if an item is damaged during transit or if a wrong item is delivered, please contact us immediately:

Refunds are not guaranteed in the following cases:

Delivery to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
Unsuccessful deliveries due to the recipient not being present at the delivery address or refusing to accept the delivery.
Product quality issues caused by improper handling by the recipient.
Cancellation/modification requests for domestic orders made less than 24 hours before the delivery date and for international orders made less than 48 hours before the delivery date.
If we are unable to supply all or part of your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full.

Online Refund: The refund is credited directly through the original payment method within 24 working hours. Once processed, it takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.


Offline Refund: Once you share your bank details, the refund will be credited within 5-7 working days.

Vouchers/Discounts/Points

Redeem Coupon: In the ‘Order Summary’ page, look for the option to redeem your coupon. Click on ‘I want to redeem my discount/gift coupon’, enter the coupon code, and click submit.

Gift Vouchers: These vouchers provide a fixed amount off your purchase, such as AED 100 off.
Discount Vouchers: These vouchers offer a percentage discount on your order, such as 10% or 15% off.

Both vouchers have alphanumeric codes.

You can purchase e-Gift Vouchers for yourself or loved ones. These vouchers are alphanumeric e-codes that can be emailed or printed. To buy one, contact connect@bnp.luxury.
